Kind of got behind posting my Halloween manicures, but here are the last of them. I had a lot of fun doing them this year, and am looking forward to the Holiday Season!!  Christmas and winter nails coming soon!!!

My Monochromatic Halloween nails... thought I needed a more subdued look after the "colorful" nails. LOL 

 

The manicure I loved!!  and so did everyone who saw it.  This one received rave reviews.. even from my supervisor at work.. "whew" considering I think I am pushing the "no trendy nail color" rule of our dress code a bit. The left hand was a tiny bit different than the right.. the ring finger and pinky.. plus the pointer had a bit different segment of the graveyard stamp. 90% of these cam from the Bunny Nails Holiday plate collection which is so fun!!  I hardly touched the collection... so bring on next year!!  LOL

 My attempt at an "elegant" Halloween manicure. This was very well received as well.  I kept catching myself looking at my nails with this one on too...  plus my nails were such a nice length at this time....  sigh.. which they would stay that way!!!  LOL!

So thats it!!  the end of Halloween nails 2012!!  Bring on the Holiday Nails 2012!! I have some awesome Christmas plates I am eager to use!

Halloween Fun!!

Around my house, Halloween is the favorite holiday...  how often do you get to dress up, be silly and have treats?? Not very often, especially if you have to be a grown up.. So we have been decorating.. not just the house and yard, but my nails as well.. 

 

 

This is my third Halloween manicure, using OPI Honk if you like OPI, which a dark purple/voilet creme color not black like this picture shows.. and I stamped it with Bundle MOnster plate # 13 using Essie Chrome. This was a bit of a challenge to get to stamp correctly, and I ended up using my neglected konad pink and green double ended stamper and pushing really hard to get the image to pick up. But I finally had success.. which made me feel better about myself, as I have been seeing this image all over the Adventures in Stamping Facebook page.  I could not for the life of me figure out why it wouldn't work for me. But trial and error and patience won out in the end.

 

 

This was my second Halloween manicure, I didn't think I could pull it off at work, so sported it on my days off. It was a lot of fun to do.. We have Mummy Mo on my thumb, using Milani White on the Spot as a base and stamped with Konad Black.. using Bundle Monster  #209, Then there is Zombie Zoe on my index finger, using Sally Hansen Poison Ivy as a base, and stamped with Konad Black. Middle finger is Sally Hansen Insta dri Lightening and Sinful Colors Ciao Bella!, and awesome blue... The Witch ( Konad Back) and City (Essie Chrome) are Dashica plate Dash-3. The Ring Finger is Sinful Colors Courtney Orange (Who is Courtney, and how come she gets an awesome orange nail polish named after her??) Stamped with Konad Black using Bundle Monster plate #224. And finally my pinkie finger..  a gradient base of Courtney Orange and Wet and Wild Megalast Disturbia with a coat of Sally Hansen Pumpkin Spice for sparkle. Stamped with Konad Black ( can't see it well in the picture.. but its pretty subtle in person, too.. oh well.. I still like it. :P) using Bundle Monster Plate #305. All in all a fun manicure!!

 

This is my first attempt at a Halloween manicure, and I loved it!  Sinful Colors Courtney Orange base with Wet and Wild Ebony Hates Chris used to stamp with. Bundle Monster #224 is the plate image, and on my little finger is a plate W226 used for the cute little ghostie with the Boo sign. I use Seche Vite as a top coat for all my manicures, I really do like it!!
